In the construction of diaphragm wall at a construction site in Hangzhou, the volume of each diaphragm groove section is 400m³. In the early stage of the project, it took the client 6 hours on average to clean a groove with the traditional desander to met the concrete piling requirements. Instead, after using our RMT150-100, the average time for cleaning a groove was 2.5 hours, which greatly reducing the time from groove forming to piling process, and improving the construction efficiency.
